Day 5 of Insanity!!
We did Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs today. Totally kicked both of our asses but it was great!
Now Morgan (my bestie that works at the gym and is doing insanity with me) is going to make me a vegetarian dinner!
I love when she cooks. I get to try new stuff and I think she’s making Shirataki tofu noodles. (for those who don’t know, they are like pasta shaped tofu that you cook like spaghetti)

Drink LOTS of water before you start and during. Do the moves for form and not speed. I mean, try to keep up with everyone on the video but if you can’t just yet, don’t get discouraged. The point to it being 2 months is to make it a building process and to see change. Don’t give up! =)

Day 4 of Insanity!
Today was cardio recovery and it was insanely easy.
Morgan and I did some extra ab workouts after.
I’m totally ready for tomorrow!
I bought some Mederma…
I won’t let these scars remind me of the past anymore.
I’m just going to look ahead to a bright future.
I can do this.
